This was the start of my love affair with tea. Soft floral notes that linger and are the trademark for an Oolong tea.
An aromatic organic green Oolong tea with soft floral notes and a sweet finish.
Oolong tea is produced through a unique process including withering in the sun and oxidation before curling and twisting. The leaves are rolled into long curly leaves, or "wrap-curled" into small beads, each with a tail.
Oxidation can range from 10 to 80%, thus producing a wide range of taste, from sweet and fruity with honey aromas, to thick with roasted aromas, or green and fresh with floral notes. The tea is used in the Gongfu tea ceremony
