My Tea Brew ships via regular Canada Post letter mail delivery or Direct Door delivery within the Greater Toronto / Halton region. Outside this area (the rest of Canada) we use Canada Post business mail for tracking orders
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of the product, we are unable to accept returns on any food item. Please review the product ingredients before ordering for any possible allergies and note that no medical claims are made for any of the products.

My Tea Brew tea orders are processed within 2 – 3 business days of receiving your order.
My Tea Brew accepts payment via PayPal for the secure processing of online purchases. Alternate payment options may be made available through e-transfer, please contact us directly for this option.
If a tea/product is mistakenly priced incorrectly, My Tea Brew reserves the right to cancel the order placed for the product listed at the incorrect price. Prices listed on the website may be subject to change without notice.
