This robust custom black tea blend was created for Montgomery’s Inn and reflects back to a historical time.
A blend of Black teas, Lapsang Souchong for a bit of smokiness (smoky tea references the fireplaces as the main heat source back then), organic Canadian maple syrup flakes for sweetness (available in the area), and dried apple pieces (apple trees grew in the area) producing a robust blend, both smoky and sweet.
